Whereas factory300 offers members hotdesks and coworking, Strada del Startup provides dedicated private offices to companies big and small. All members of Strada del Startup also benefit from all the perks that a factory300 membership offers, including spacious and bright interiors, a broad range of meeting rooms, a large communal canteen area, exclusive events and workshops, as well as a dedicated Slack channel and discounts to local businesses.

Each private office or ‘pixel’ accommodates up to four workstations and is fully furnished and self-contained. The affordable monthly cost includes all furniture, internet, cleaning and much more. Occupants can rent the space on flexible terms and expand, when they need to, and can rent the space on short-term contracts. The City of Linz also provides support that new businesses can access to help fund their workspace for the first three years.
